Butter Dabeli is a beloved street snack from the Kutch region of Gujarat, and ours is a customer favourite at Gujarati Street Food in NE Calgary. We mash spiced potatoes with our signature dabeli masala, tuck it into a soft pav bun, and finish it with sweet-tangy chutneys.
